Two streams. One begins when somebody visits or buys. The other never stops, because security lines generate readings continuously. Both are logged below, entry by entry, in the belief that a notice worth publishing names things rather than grouping them.
Logged 28 August 2026H2 Tech Systems is a label. Fortify 24x7 is the company. Fortify 24x7 settles the handling of anything arriving here, and of anything the purchased lines produce. Below, the word we always means that company.
Queries land at support@h2techsystems.com. A person reads them.
Little occurs on these pages. No advertising pixel loads. No profile is assembled. Nothing has been borrowed off anybody else's marketing stack.
Stripe owns that page. Card number goes in there, with the expiry, with the code from the back. None of those three reach this site. None appear in front of us. None enter a system we run.
Back from Stripe comes only what an account needs to exist. An address. A trading name. The lines chosen, with quantities. Whether that subscription is healthy. Two Stripe references, customer and subscription. Nothing beyond that.
Enrolled systems emit constantly, and running the lines means handling what they emit. Which categories apply depends on what was bought, so each bench is entered separately.
Handling follows your instruction. Purpose is delivery of the lines bought. No mining occurs for our benefit. No selling occurs at all. Read that as fixed rather than as an undertaking left open until an interesting offer arrives.
Portal or mail, either way the entry is filed the same. Subject. Description. Notes appended by engineers. Attachments. The lot lives in our service management system, keeping a problem and its account from ever drifting apart.
Platforms belonging to other companies make up this service. Contracts bind each one while it handles material for us. They are listed here so their own notices can be read next to this one.
Past that list, material moves only where a law leaves no alternative. Personal material is never sold. Nor does any of it feed advertising that trails a person around.
Account and billing entries last the life of the subscription. Afterwards, however long tax rules and ordinary bookkeeping insist. Telemetry keeps to whatever retention its own line carries, which is printed on that bench page or agreed during scoping. Backed up material keeps to the policy you picked.
An account closes by conversation rather than by switch. Say the word and a written list follows: what goes, and on which date. Destruction speeds differ between platforms, so the reply covers your configuration specifically. Generalities are no use to anybody here.
Local law may let you inspect what is held. Or correct it. Or have it destroyed. Or object where some particular use is made of it. Raise it, and the request is worked through beside you. There is no fee for asking, and no consequence either.
One exception in practice. Where we act as processor for a business customer, that business's own staff should approach their employer first. Our part is helping that employer reply.
Entry into a customer environment happens only where a task needs it. Signing in at our end takes more than a password. Whatever gets done in a customer tenant is logged. That describes practice. It does not warrant perfection, and a supplier offering the warranty is selling the warranty.
A material revision shifts the log date above. Where the revision alters handling of material already provided, account holders hear it outright. Nobody is left to spot the difference on their own.
