Every line in this catalog is governed below: the counterparty, the contents of a line, the movement of money, the obligations running both ways, and the promises no honest supplier makes. Short sentences throughout, on purpose.
Logged 28 August 2026Fortify 24x7 is the counterparty, trading here beneath the H2 Tech Systems label. Completing a checkout is acceptance of these terms. Agreeing for a company means you are confirming you have the authority to.
A catalog line is a named service, delivered using the instrument printed beside it, counted in the unit printed beside it, and charged at the figure displayed when you check out.
The bench page belonging to a line forms part of this agreement. Both halves count: the description of what the line does, and the honest scope block describing where it gives out. Should a bench page and a conversation contradict each other, the bench page governs.
Cover begins at enrolment of a device or connection of a tenant, not at the moment a payment clears. Whatever was never enrolled was never covered.
Charges are raised monthly, ahead of the month, through Stripe, against whichever payment method you supply. The statement descriptor prints FORTIFY 24X7 and nothing besides.
Quantities are whatever you declare them to be. Where enrolled devices or connected users outnumber what the subscription carries, we will raise it with you and correct it together rather than adjusting the charge quietly.
Figures may change. A change to a figure on a running subscription comes with advance notice, and ending the subscription is always available instead of accepting it.
A declined charge is attempted again. Where attempts keep failing you will hear from a person before anything is suspended, on the reasoning that an expired card and a decision to leave are not the same event.
Where a subscription remains unpaid, service may be suspended and eventually closed. Material held under backup lines follows the retention on the account, and what that means for your particular configuration is explained before anything is destroyed.
Operating the lines you bought on the instruments named, keeping a desk staffed, acting on findings at the response tier you selected, and saying so plainly when something has failed at our end.
Handling your material as the privacy notice describes, and working inside your instructions rather than around the edges of them.
An accurate scope, enrolment without long delays, and a person we can actually reach. Access requested is access the task requires.
The judgements stay with you: what is permitted, what is blocked, what retention applies, and whether automated response is armed. We will give an opinion whenever asked. We will not make those calls on your behalf unprompted.
Lawful use throughout. None of these services may be aimed at systems you neither own nor hold permission to touch.
No supplier can guarantee that nothing will ever happen. We make no such guarantee, and a number implying one deserves scepticism wherever you meet it.
We are not an insurer, a law firm or an audit practice. Where a control generates evidence a compliance programme wants, the programme itself remains yours to run.
Third party platforms behave however their vendors decide. When a vendor alters what a product does, you will hear it from us and we will work with what is actually there.
Consequential loss, and indirect loss, are owed by nobody here. Lost profit sits in that category, as does lost business. Over any twelve month stretch, total liability at our end reaches no higher than the fees taken for the line concerned across that stretch.
Liability the law refuses to let anybody limit is not limited by anything written above.
At every stage the data, the copies and the configuration remain yours. We hold and process them in order to deliver the service, claim no ownership over any of it, and use none of it to train anything.
Two exits exist and neither is harder than the other: a click inside the portal, or a note addressed to us. Whatever month has been paid for finishes out on its own. No part of one is ever carved up.
Departure takes the agents off and closes the connections. Ask for an export and you will hear what each platform permits, before a single item is deleted.
Anything material moves the log date at the top, and account holders hear directly. Continuing to pay afterwards is acceptance. Stopping is the alternative, and neither party should find that surprising.
If some part of this proves unenforceable, the remainder stands unaffected. A right not exercised at once has not thereby been surrendered. These terms together with the privacy notice make up the entire agreement between us concerning this service.
